Our Executive Chef, Elizabeth Ann Trevino is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy at San Francisco. Elizabeth began her career locally here in Carlsbad. She spent her internship at one of La Jolla's top rated restaurants. Following her internship and graduation she held a chefs position on a very exclusive Cruise Line in Alaska. Her most recent employment was at a Five Diamond Resort in Carlsbad California, where she spent the last three years as Chef de Parte' in there top restaurant.

Elizabeth is a food perfectionist with very high standards. It is her pleasure and her reward to bring her culinary talents to satisfy you!
