Fresh Pastry dough baked to order with a hint of Swiss cheese filled with our
delicious chicken salad.

Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Tender sweet scallops marinated in teriyaki wrapped in bacon with water chestnuts
and a hint of fresh ginger.

Grilled Sirloin Rolls With Scallion Soy Dipping Sauce
Grilled Sirloin rolled and skewered with scallions red and green bell peppers and
served with dipping sauce.

Bruschetta
Toasted French bread rounds topped with fresh Roma tomatoes, fresh garlic, basil
and fresh mozzarella.

Shrimp and Endive Canapé's
Grilled shrimp with crème fraiche, chives and red bell peppers stuffed in endive.

Pesto Cheese Pate' & Crackers
Fresh basil, parsley, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil is blended to create our finest
pesto then layered with a combination of Brie cheese, Cream cheese and whipping
cream to create a delicious and beautiful pate' for crackers or toastettes.

Coffee Service & Mini Sweet!
A full coffee service table with regular and decaf coffee will be included with your
Boutique selection.

We will also include a lovely tray of Juliana's Famous Mini Biscotti for your guests
with a little sweet tooth!

All of these selections are nice finger foods allowing your guests to mingle
with their wine or cocktails. In addition to a buffet table with hors d'oeuvres
we will also have servers assisting your guests
